Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Account executive to join our Sales department. You will act as a liaison between our sales team and clients, ensuring customer satisfaction Development Manager.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities as Development Manager:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and increase revenue.
- Identify and engage with potential enterprise customers and build long-lasting relationships.
- Develop and execute against an assigned quota and territory plan.
- Prospect, forecast, build, and maintain a sales pipeline with assigned Sales Development Representatives.
- Formulating a compelling annual plan, enabling a culture of execution to drive new customer acquisition, expanding existing ones, and ensuring high retention rates on existing accounts.
- Supporting direct reports by participating and in leading client and prospect meetings.
- Cross-functional engagement with Marketing, Sales Engineering, Partnerships, Customer Success and HR.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and progress towards targets.
Requirements for Development Manager:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in enterprise sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners/customers.
